About better burn

First, a little about me.  I've been a food industry professional for over 30 years working in Product Management for two of the biggest value-added chicken companies in the world.  I've managed some of the biggest & best products/brands in the foodservice industry, particularly in the chicken wings category ... thus, the delicious photo above!  However, I've always wanted a product of my own and that's how Better Burn came to be.

Having a love for spicy, flavorful foods (like chicken wings) I started playing around with creating a hot sauce that was flavor first and heat second (too many hot sauces seem to be focused solely on heat!).  I've also had a long-time interest in mushrooms and love the flavor they bring to just about everything, so I decided to make them a star in my hot sauce.  After 33 versions and lots of testing I finally created the product I was after and named it Better Burn.

I now use Better Burn Shiitake Hot Sauce not only on chicken wings but in chili, soups, tacos, sandwiches, salsa, burgers, spaghetti sauce, mac & cheese, Thai food and, of course, everything breakfast!!
